Juicy Meatballs On A Cheesy Sub

  • Bakers Maison Half Baguette
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 170 g Ground Beef
  • 100 g Ground Pork
  • Half Small Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Egg Lightly Beaten
  • Italian Napolitana Sauce
  • Mozzarella & Parmesan
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Combine all the ingredients to make your meatballs and roll them into mini balls.
  • Fry your meatballs in a heated pan with olive oil until nicely browned and cooked through
  • Add the Napolitana sauce and cookfor 10 mins.
  • Slice the Baguette lengthways and add some of the cooked saucefirst. Add the meatballs and drizzle more sauce on top of themeatballs.
  • Add the Mozzarella and pop in the oven at 180C for 5 mins or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven and add the fresh basil and sprinkle some parmesan. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve. Enjoy!
