When it comes to protecting the environment for future generations, Bakers Maison is leading the way in the food industry. Consistently investing in strategies that minimise our carbon footprint, we most recently converted our ovens from electricity to gas and installed over 1,000m2 of solar panels to allow us to generate our own electricity.
